Step 5 : Minimise Spreadtrum Upgrade Tool windows.
Step 6 : Locate the downloaded Itel A14 ROM Stock Firmware.
Step 7 : Extract the file from ZIP or Rar format.
Step 8 : Open Spreadtrum Upgrade Tool.
Step 9 : Click on Load Packet.
Step 10 : Locate the PAC file on the extracted Itel A14 stock rom folder.
